    If you’re unsure what category your project falls under, submit an inquiry and we’ll figure it out together.

  • All sessions begin with a booking inquiry form. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you’ll receive a proposal with pricing, contract, and invoice. Your date is officially secured once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.

  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and time. This ensures availability and covers pre-production planning. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • I recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for portraits and 4–8+ weeks for events, fashion, or brand projects. Availability is limited and dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Turnaround times vary by project type:

    Portraits: 7–14 business days

    Events: 10–21 business days

    Brand / Fashion projects: timeline discussed during booking

    Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • Final images and videos are delivered via a private online gallery or download link. Galleries remain active for a limited time, so downloading and backing up your files is recommended.

  • Due to the nature of creative services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered.

  • Yes. Travel is available for select projects. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope. Destination projects should be discussed during the inquiry stage.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule may be allowed depending on availability. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
